Obsession Du Jour: Chanel Ear Cuffs

Ear cuffs are currently inescapable, go into any contemporary jewellery shop or browse though the jewellery islands of Topshop and you cannot escape the abundance of chains, rings and spikes that are made to be draped over your ear. Some may believe this is a trend for the children of anything goes festival fashion, but they would be wrong, they are to become as staple a piece of jewellery as an obligatory gold ring. This was only confirmed when I saw Caroline Sieber (a long standing RogueinVogue crush) wearing her Chanel ear cuff with pride at the Christopher Kane show at LFW, of course the minty metallic short-suit (Christopher Kane of course) was beyond exceptional but in truth I couldn't take my eyes off her left ear.
