Style Crush: Emma Stone

If you haven't yet heard of Emma Stone, this will certainly change in the coming months as Emma's star is set to peak late 2011. Some may not know her name, but may recognise the elfin beauty from hit comedies 'Superbad,' 'Friends with benefits' and 'The House Bunny.'  Comedy may have been her springboard but as Emma has been cast in the upcoming Spiderman movie, she is diversifying whilst growing as an actress. Emma is one of those girls with an enviable elusive skin tone that means that she can work any hair colour, whether blonde, brunette or red head as Ms Stone as she plays Mary-Jane in Spiderman. However as always, it is Emma's recent style choices that have made me take notice. I love accessories and costume jewels, however Emma keeps things very simple and chic letting her dresses speak for themselves.

Emma looks like a young Julianne Moore in Tom Ford, her red hair almost accessories the demure dress

Emma colours blocks in Giambattista Vali teamed with nude Louboutins. Never one to over accessorise Emma lets her clothes sit among her perfectly porcelain skin.

Emma Stone shows that she is no tween fashionista in lady like Bottega Veneta dress with satin pumps and a woven clutch...divine

Emma in Lanvin, red tones defiantly suit the actress pictured as a blonde. the ability to change her hair colour so successfully only adds to her versatilely. Hair can be used as a useful tool to change a look completely.

Ode to a Russian Tsarina

Paris was spun into romantic pre revolutionary Russia last night, where opulence, decadence and affluence defined a time. Velvet was key to the collection which only confirms it's relevance in the coming season, it will be worn in coats, jackets and shorts which will create and help build an A/W desired textured look. Sheer embellished fabrics in nude tones helped elevate the models into the unattainable world of aristocracies past. The collection oozed femininity yet was somehow empowering. Enchanting.

Love Love Love Fairy Tale Ball

Natalia Vodianova was the belle of the ball last night, as she hosted the most important couture party last night in Paris. Natalia opted for a red Valentino and wore her hair in a divine dishevelled plait, whilst other guests opted for white gowns accessorised with diamonds (what else.) Even the marquee was chic as it was designed by Alexander de Betak! Oh La La

Delightfully Dashing in Dalmatian

Leopard print has been the print du jour for many a season now, however come fall all is set to change as one prepares to release their inner Cruella De Vil and don dalmatian print. Quite frankly I am thrilled although I love leopard print, accessories and clever subtle hints of leopard print will always have a place in my wardrobe. I feel bit has become a bit stale of late, so get on this trend early and stock up on dalmatian print ASAP to beat the 101 rush!
