It was only a matter of time that Olivia Palermo, known for her eye for incredible accessories would have a bag named after her. Jill Stuart has honoured the fashionista with the 'Palermo' bag. What do you think?
Two quintesentially British engimas, the wildly indiviudal and outrageously fun Louise Gray and fashion giant Topshop, have joined fashion forces. The highly anticipated clothing and makeup collection was launched last night and theguests reflected the vibe of the collection: technicolour, eccelctic with a huge splash of glitter topped off with a smiley face of course.
I have adopted a new staple recently, one that rivals a standard black jean. I cannot get enough of painted trousers, this summer I have been wearing so many bright silk trousers, I now have the Tibi side tie trousers in nearly every colour way (fluro pink is the best.) Subsequently painted trousers are definately something I will be wearing into the colder months, however I will move to heavier weighted jacquard or crepe styles and will sadly be putting away the silks (until next summer.)
There seems to have been very little need for sunglasses in London this summer, a strong sturdy umbrella would have been a far better investment. However if like me, you are escaping the grey clouds of London slightly later than the Anti-Olympic brigade, then now is the time to invest in a new pair of sunglasses. Choosing a flattering colour and style of sunglasses is essential, the best option is tortoise shaded frames as I have found they suit everyone from the super pale to the super tanned! Slow & Steady!
